Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Coco Boutique partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas via our partnership with USPS. Due to this, we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 15 business days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for tracking). We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!
Q: How to measure the item correctly?

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Please allow 2 business days to  process your order, and to be shipped out. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take about 14-16 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 25-30 business days.

Q: Why does shipping take so long?
A: Our prices are significantly lower than our competitors since we have relationships with our suppliers to ship directly to the customer! The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible.

Q: I ordered two products, but have received only one... what's happening?
A: Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes! We ship Worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: How do I order on your website?
A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q: Does Coco Boutique provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
A: We do all we can to enjure you have the best possible shopping experience! Since we are a small family owend business, our customers are our community. If you find damages to the product, contact us immediately via email at info @lacocoboutique.com and we'll get it addressed!
